Terms of Use

1. What the Service does

The Service takes the photos you upload and uses artificial intelligence to make one continuous film in which the person moves from one photo into the next. You choose the number of photos, the order and the opener, and we make the film and run an automatic quality check on every transition before it is shown to you. The film is delivered as a video file to watch and download.

2. Who can use it

The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over. Anyone who uploads photos of children declares that they are the children's parent or guardian, or that they have the parents' consent to do so.

3. Account and sign-in

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping your email inbox secure. We may close an account that is used in breach of these terms.

4. The first transition is free

Every user is entitled to one free transition, with no credit card details, to get a feel for the result. An email address and signing in are needed to create it. The free transition carries a watermark and is for viewing only, and photos uploaded for it are deleted after 14 days if no purchase is made. We may limit the number of free transitions per email address, device or network address to prevent abuse.

5. Prices and payment

All prices on the site, in our ads and on the checkout page are shown in new Israeli shekels (₪), by number of photos, and the price is the same everywhere: on the site, in our ads and on the checkout page. The price is final. Exempt dealer, no VAT is added. Payment is made on a secure Lemon Squeezy page. Lemon Squeezy is a US payment provider acting as merchant of record: it collects the payment and emails you a receipt. The payment methods are those shown on the checkout page. We do not store your card details.

Refer a friend: a friend who arrives through a customer's personal link receives 15% off their first paid film, and the referring customer receives a film of 13 photos as a gift after three friends who arrived through their link have paid, provided that 14 days have passed since each of their payments and the payment was not cancelled or refunded. Up to 10 rewards per customer. One reward per order, and it cannot be combined with other discounts. Self-referral, including of the same person at a different address or from the same device, does not qualify, and we may cancel a reward given in breach of these terms.

Your card issuer may charge a currency conversion fee if your card is not in shekels.

6. What each plan includes

Every plan includes: production of the film for the number of photos chosen, extension of portrait photos to a wide format, an automatic quality check on every transition, an opener to suit the occasion, a wide version and a version for stories and WhatsApp, and a "retry bank" equal to half the number of photos in the plan, for remaking transitions you did not like. A transition that fails our quality check is remade without using up the retry bank. Manual fixes by an editor are a separate service at an additional price shown before purchase.

7. Cancellation and refunds

The film is made to order, specially for you, from your photos. Production starts automatically right after payment, usually within minutes. "Production starts" means the moment the first request to create a transition from your photos is sent to the artificial intelligence provider; your order page then shows "in production". The rules by type of case:

• Before production starts: you may cancel the transaction by email or WhatsApp and receive a full refund of the payment.
• After production starts: there is no right to cancel. The film is made specially for the consumer to their order and contains digital content that has been supplied, and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, has an exception for such cases in a distance sale.
• Our commitment, beyond the law, after production starts: a transition that does not show the person moving from one scene to the next (for example a sharp jump or a person who changed) is remade free of charge, even beyond the retry bank. If, even after remaking, the film does not match the description in section 1, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the payment, in full or in part, as appropriate.
• Senior citizens (aged 65 and over), people with disabilities and new immigrants (up to five years from receiving the immigrant certificate): if the transaction was made after a conversation between you and our representative (for example a phone call or a WhatsApp conversation), you may cancel it within 4 months, subject to the exceptions in the law. A self-service purchase on the site, without a conversation with a representative, follows the rules above. To cancel, contact us by email or WhatsApp.
• A refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days of the notice of cancellation, through Lemon Squeezy. When it appears in your account depends on your card issuer.

8. Your photos and content

The photos, songs and texts you upload remain yours. You give us a limited license to use them only to make your film, check its quality and deliver it. We do not use your photos to train models, we do not display them publicly, and we do not pass them to any third party other than the processing providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Photos and the film are deleted from our servers 90 days after delivery, and you can delete them sooner from your account.

You declare that you have the right to upload the photos, that you have the consent of every adult who appears in them (and of the parents, for children), and that they contain no illegal, offensive or sexual content. We do not make films from photos of people who do not consent, and we may refuse to produce content that we believe breaks the law or these terms, with a full refund if production has not started.

9. Music and copyright

If you upload a song, you are responsible for the rights to use it. A film with a copyrighted song is intended for private and family viewing, including at a family event. Public or commercial use, including posting on social media, may require a license from the rights holders (for example ACUM), and that is your responsibility.

10. Artificial intelligence and its limits

The film is made with artificial intelligence models. The result is an artistic interpretation of the photos, not an exact reconstruction. There may be inaccuracies in details such as background, clothing or movement, even after the quality check. We state in the film and in publicity that it was made with artificial intelligence.

11. Delivery times

The film is usually ready within a few hours of production starting. This is an estimate; under heavy load or a fault at the processing provider it may take longer, and we will update you by email. A delay does not entitle you to compensation beyond a refund in the case where the film is not delivered at all.

12. Use of your film

We do not publish customers' films. If you would like your film to appear on the site or in advertising, we will ask for your separate, written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

On the checkout page you may, of your own choice, tick that you allow your film to be shown as an example on the Service's website and social networks, and in return receive 5% off. The box is not ticked in advance, and ticking it is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time from My Account: future display will stop, and a discount already given will not be refunded. The discount cannot be combined with a friend discount or another benefit, and the consent still stands even when a higher discount applies. If a child appears in the film, ticking the box is your confirmation, as parent or guardian, on the child's behalf.

13. Liability

The Service is provided as is. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the film that gave rise to the claim. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived under law.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. A material change will be shown on the site and sent by email, and will apply only to purchases made after it is published.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Israel, without limiting the rights of consumers outside Israel under the law of the place where they live.
