Refund policy

1. In short

• Before production starts: cancel and get a full refund.
• After production starts: the film is made specially for you, so there is no right to cancel. A transition that does not work is remade free of charge.
• If the film still does not match its description after it was remade: contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the payment, in full or in part, as appropriate.

2. Before production starts

The film is made to order, from your photos. Production starts automatically right after payment, usually within minutes. "Production starts" means the moment the first request to create a transition from your photos is sent to the artificial intelligence provider; your order page then shows "in production".

• Until that moment you may cancel the transaction by email or WhatsApp and receive a full refund of the payment.

3. After production starts

• There is no right to cancel. The film is made specially for the consumer to their order and contains digital content that has been supplied, and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, has an exception for such cases in a distance sale.
• Our commitment, beyond the law: a transition that does not show the person moving from one scene to the next (for example a sharp jump or a person who changed) is remade free of charge, even beyond the retry bank.

4. If the film cannot be fixed

If, even after remaking, the film does not match the description of the Service in the Terms of Use (section 1), contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the payment, in full or in part, as appropriate.

5. Special cases in the law

Senior citizens (aged 65 and over), people with disabilities and new immigrants (up to five years from receiving the immigrant certificate): if the transaction was made after a conversation between you and our representative (for example a phone call or a WhatsApp conversation), you may cancel it within 4 months, subject to the exceptions in the law. A self-service purchase on the site, without a conversation with a representative, follows the rules above.

6. How to request a refund or cancel

• Write to hello@filmforlife.com (or WhatsApp 053-363-7909) and give the email address you used for the order, or the order number from your order page. For a refund after delivery, say what is wrong with the film.
• We reply within 2 business days.

7. How the refund is paid

A refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days of the notice of cancellation, through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, which processes the refund. When it appears in your account depends on your card issuer.
