The price is shown before you pay, and it is always the final price. Your first transition is free.
You pay once, after you have seen your first transition. The price you see is the price you pay.
A transition that does not show the person moving from one scene to the next (for example a sharp jump or a person who changed) is remade free of charge. If, even after remaking, the film does not match its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the payment, in full or in part, as appropriate. Read the refund policy
The film is made to order from your photos and starts being made right after payment (usually within minutes). Until production starts: cancel for a full refund. Once production has started you cannot cancel, because the film is made specially for you; if it does not match the description we will remake it free of charge or refund you. Senior citizens (65 and over), people with disabilities and new immigrants who made the purchase after a conversation with our representative may also cancel within 4 months, subject to the exceptions in the law. What if the faces look strange?
Every transition goes through an automatic check before you see it, and one that fails is regenerated. If something still does not look right, you can ask for another try. A transition that does not work is remade free of charge.
Who can see my photos?
Only you. Your photos are kept in private storage, are not used to train models, and are deleted 90 days after delivery. You can delete everything at any time.
How many photos do I need?
From 13 photos up. Each extra photo adds about 5 seconds to the film. It works best if you order them from earliest to latest. Vertical photos are fine, we widen them to landscape.
How is this different from a slideshow or a photo-video app?
A slideshow slides or fades between photos. Here every pair of photos becomes a short scene in which the person walks from one moment into the next, instead of faces melting into each other. You can see the first transition free before you pay.
Can I play it on the TV and also send it from my phone?
Yes. The film comes in full widescreen for a TV or a big screen, plus a vertical version for sharing from your phone.
Can I use my own song?
Yes. Upload your song with your order and confirm that you have the right to use it.
How long does it take?
Your first transition is usually ready in a few minutes. The full film is made after you pay, every transition is made and checked, and we email you the moment it is ready.
